The drop

Four pieces. We mean it.

Every Tidebreak capsule ships as four staples — no overflow, no mid-season filler. When a run sells through, it is gone.

  • Apparel staple

    One Breath, One Life Tee

    $34

A quiet reminder that a single held breath connects a diver to the surface — and to the rest of the food web beneath it.

  • Coastal cut

    Unisex Oversized Boxy Tee

    $32

Cut slouchy and heavy, screen-printed on a 100% recycled cotton blank. Wears like a borrowed favourite from the dive boat.

  • Conservation flag

    Respect the Locals Sweatshirt

    $45

Front-line marine-awareness messaging for the shark-and-ocean shopper. Loop-terry cotton, brushed inside, ribbed cuffs.

  • Day carry

Respect the Locals Tote — Shark Edition

    $28

Heavyweight 12 oz natural cotton canvas. Pairs with the sweatshirt — same hand-set type, same shark on the horizon.

Wear the line. Get stopped at the fuel dock.

Four notes from buyers who took a Tidebreak piece into their saltwater day — kelp surveys, fuel docks, river launches, and Saturday beach cleanups. Every card names the SKU they wore and links to it on the drop.

The mission

A small brand. A loud point of view.

Tidebreak started on a borrowed long-tail boat in a quiet bay. We were tired of generic beach-aesthetic merch, and we figured ocean-minded shoppers deserved a wearable stance on saltwater stewardship, not a souvenir.

  • 01

    Small-batch, never surplus

Made in runs of fewer than 200. Whatever does not sell goes to a marine non-profit, not into landfill.

  • 02

    Recycled & forward fibers

Recycled-cotton blanks, GOTS-certified dyes, water-based screen inks. We name every supplier on the inside label.

  • 03

A point of view, not a beach

We are not a beach-aesthetic label. Ocean-conservation messaging is the whole brand — the imagery and the cause are the same thing.

1 % of every order routes to a small marine non-profit in the bay it was ordered from. We name it on the inside label of every garment, the way vintners name the vineyard. Read the full answer in the FAQ.
